Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Education and Public Health, Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Organizational Development , both from the University of Minnesota.
Career:
Serves as Vice President, Director of Performance & Talent Management. Responsible for Talent Management practices at Fifth Third Bank as well as scanning internal and external trends that impact our ability to attract and retain talent. Primary objective is to assure that we have the right leaders in the right place at the right time. Goal is that Fifth Third leaders can confidently face any business opportunity or challenge knowing that we have the talent we need to flourish and succeed.
Joined Fifth Third Bank in February 2011 as Director of Talent Management. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Kucera owned a successful consulting firm where she focused on creating talent development solutions for national and international firms. She previously served in various HR roles for Equity Office Properties, McDonald’s, Baxter Healthcare, University of Chicago Medical Center and Arthur Andersen.

Member of the Talent Management Council of the Conference Board. Friend of the Library for the Newaygo Public Library, Newaygo, Michigan. mentor for DanceWorks Chicago, and supporter of Erasing the Distance.
