Laura is a graduate of Purdue University, holding a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. Immediately out of college she moved to Michigan and worked for Delphi for five years. While at Delphi, she obtained her Masters Degree from Central Michigan University. In 1999 Laura moved to Kentucky to work for Toyota at their headquarters in Erlanger, KY. She has been with Toyota for 14 years and is currently a Manager in Production Control with responsibility for Productivity for the 13 Toyota Manufacturing facilities across North America.
Laura is also the current chairperson for the Toyota Business Partnering Group- The Women’s Leadership Forum, a member of Toyota’s United Way Committee and supports several other Toyota initiatives.
She is the mother of 3 boys, twins age 11 and a 5 year old.
