Donna Drury, owner and founder of LifeQuest Coaching and Seminars, has 30 years of experience coaching people to achieve their career and life goals. Donna was a sales and human resource executive for P&G for 20 years and in 2002 started her own Executive Coaching and Consulting business with her specialty being women executives and business owners dealing with professional transformation and career transitions, to include starting a new business and how to network effectively. She also works with companies and organizations on leadership, inclusion/diversity, teamwork, thinking styles, career transition and change. Since 2002 Donna has coached over 500+ people and delivered workshops/speeches to 15,000 individuals. Renowned for her inspiring workshops and talks centered on her unique process, called “The Business of U,” Donna is viewed as an expert on networking…her focus is on championing people to conceive, believe and achieve their vision of success through leveraging their individual brilliance, she continues to find ways to make a difference one person at a time.
Donna’s background as a business and life coach and consultant is unique because she is one of the very few business coaches with the experience of working at a high level in a corporation and now owns several businesses. She provides theory, concepts, and practical application. She understands brick and mortar businesses, like retail stores and restaurants, to selling products via ecommerce. In November 2005, Donna put her business experience in the consumer goods industry back to work when she and her husband purchased “The Blue Chip Cookie Company.” They restructured the company and currently franchising and licensing across the country. In 2007, she launched a successful online gourmet cookie business called Blue Chip Cookies Direct, specializing in online gourmet food gifts and corporate gifts.
Donna is a certified Diversity Trainer, Certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instructor, and Graduate of the CoachInc. Program, Athena Award Finalist, and was selected as the Top 10 Women Coaches in Cincinnati. She is lives in Loveland with her husband Bob, her son David, and her two dogs…Chip and Bear. She is an avid golfer.
