Debra ‘Debbie’ Mandell is Vice President and Manager of Performance Improvement and Program Management within Enterprise Learning Services at U.S. Bank. She joined U.S. Bank in 1989. Prior to her current position, she has served in several other capacities, at the bank, including Corporate Trainer, Regional Training Manager and Performance Improvement Division Manager. Prior to her work at U.S. Bank, Debbie has served in a variety of branch banking roles, at other financial institutions including; Teller, Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
In her current role, Debbie manages a team of Performance Consultants who partner with internal clients to help drive improved business results. Other programs managed under Debbie’s leadership include Branch Banking Leader Development, Private Client Group and Continuing Education.

In addition to her work at U.S. Bank, Debbie serves as Board Member and Past Chair for The Tri-State Center for Financial Training (CFT). She also serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Montgomery Towne Homeowners Association.

Another important aspect of her life is family. Debbie and her husband Larry have been married for 28 years. They have one daughter, together. She also has three step-children and two grandchildren.
Debbie holds a Bachelors Degree in Education. Additionally, she has completed ASTD’s Human Performance Improvement Certificate Program. Debbie is also a Certified Sherpa Executive Coach.
