Nicole Ringle is the Chief People Officer for IGS and provides strategic, executive leadership. She has 22 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Communications, and serves as a business partner in the development of short and long term business goals while working closely with the leadership teams to grow the company through best practices in Human Resources policies, programs, and services. Under Nicole’s leadership, IGS has been recognized as a Best Place to Work each year since 2012.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She was recognized by Columbus CEO Magazine as one of the top Human Resource Executives in Central Ohio in 2010, was named one of Central Ohio’s Smart 50 Business Leaders in 2015, and was recognized with a C-Suite Award from Columbus Business First in 2016. Nicole is currently the Chair of the Nominating Committee for COSI’s Community Board, she has served on the Strategic Planning Task Force for Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, and is a member of SHRM and HRACO.
