John J. Davis currently holds logistic leadership position in fortune 500 Company. He is the President and CEO of the GRC Global Resource Center start up non-Profit organization focusing on Pre-teen Children advocacy .He manages operations while ensuring the quality of operational excellence by providing strategic leadership many different diverse backgrounds.

John develops and maintains relationships to encourage excellence in performance. Builds an inclusive work environment by motivating others to be aware of and embrace diversity. Recruits top talent, retains, coaches and motivates future leaders.

In addition to broad, retail, sales and hospitality leadership experience John offers a great record of performance, a visionary approach, and a passion for success. Also being a gold medalist athlete in fencing, and Taekwondo as a National Champion and Marathon runner John drives a key commitment in creating winning teamwork and motivation.

John began his career in his early age with entrepreneurial spirit and passion of business and spent more than 30 years in management roles in variety of businesses. Previously John served as President and CEO of Maximart International Corporation a startup E-commerce company in Columbus Ohio and many other positions in retail and hospitality industry.

John continually seek and ambition to develop ethnic and cultural diversity as a key factor in success and giving back to the community to make a difference in Ohio, Arkansas and throughout the world. John involved in many diverse and community organizations and events including the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Breakfast, Urban league, Ohio After School All Stars , Mid-Ohio Food Bank , Cleveland Clinic, the American Red Cross, Nationwide Children’s Hospital , Children Advocacy Center , Global Resources Center .

John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Department of Management Sciences in Columbus Ohio. Received Web Designer Diploma from The Penn Foster College .John is currently working to finish his M.B.A. from The SNHU and taking courses from Harvard Graduate School, MIT, and Berkley for Leadership, Business transformation, supply chain and innovation.
