Eloise BronerWith more than 25 years of executive healthcare experience, Eloise Broner has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Good Samaritan Hospital since June of 2012. Prior to her current role, Eloise served as chief operating officer for Good Samaritan Hospital, part of the Premier Health system.

Premier Health is the largest health system in southwest Ohio and offers a wide array of health care services. There are four hospitals within the Premier Health system which include Good Samaritan Hospital, Miami Valley Hospital, Atrium Medical Center and Upper Valley Medical Center.

Eloise has held other executive leadership positions including Vice President of Operations at Miami Valley Hospital for 17 years and as the Chief Purchasing Officer for the Premier Health system.

A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Eloise received her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana) and her Master’s degree in Public Health from Meharry Medical College (Nashville, Tenn.).

Eloise serves on various community and county boards including the Wright State University Board of Trustees holding the positon of Secretary; Montgomery County Human Services Levy Council; Chair of the Phoenix Project, a Dayton neighborhood revitalization public-private partnership; and a member of the Dayton Chapter of the Links, Inc.

Her recognitions include Dayton’s Ten Top Women by the Dayton Daily News, Dayton’s Top 10 African American Women and a finalist for the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The Ohio Diversity Council has awarded her the Ohio Glass Ceiling Award, Top 15 Business Women in Ohio, and most recently the Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award. In both 2015 and 2016, Eloise was highlighted on the Dayton Business Journal’s BizWomen Power 50 ranking, a list of the most influential women in the Dayton area.

Eloise resides in Centerville, OH with her husband Jerome and their two daughters Nicole and Jasmine.
