Laura Thompson is a native of the Greater Cincinnati area and graduate of Thomas More College. She spent 12 years at Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing, North America helping to strengthen the Company’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Recently, Ms. Thompson transitioned from the auto manufacturer to its Tier 1 Supplier, Toyota Boshoku America, Inc. Here she works as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the Company’s Corporate Headquarters in Erlanger, KY.

Ms. Thompson resides in Burlington, KY with her two children where she enjoys reading, gardening, and attending her children’s sporting events.
