Pam Buitendorp is currently the VP of Global Business Process & Systems at LexisNexis. She leads a global team, sitting in 7 different countries across North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific that evaluates and harmonizes all business processes throughout the campaign to customer care life cycle. The team delivers optimized solutions both for process and systems to meet the strategic business goals while delivering an excellent customer experience. Prior to LexisNexis, she had a 17 year career at The McGraw-Hill Companies, where she worked across several areas including business and operations management, business solutions development and customer services.

She is currently on the Board of Directors at the YWCA Dayton and is the Chair of the Governance Committee. She led the Ohio Chapter of the Women’s Initiative for Networking Success while at The McGraw-Hill Companies and was on the Board of the Women’s Connected employee resource group at LexisNexis. She has several years of experience in mentoring professional women in advancing their careers. She is passionate about breaking down barriers and believes in equal opportunities for everyone.

Ms. Buitendorp has a BS from Michigan Technological University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She lives in Centerville with her very supportive husband Bruce and their two teenage sons, Brenden and Nathan. Both boys are active members of the Centerville Jazz Band and Pam serves as the Vice President of the Centerville Band Boosters.
