Eleanor Biddulph
Extreme Leadership Institute Certified Facilitator
Leading Fully Present Consulting

Eleanor Biddulph is passionate about elevating emerging leaders. Her 21 years of corporate life combined with her education and community experience contribute to her belief that it is really the frontline and mid-level leaders who carry out the mission of an organization. Yet, it is those leaders that often receive the least amount of leadership development and training to do so. Eleanor partners with her clients to learn from the past, lead and evolve in the present, supporting an exciting future of success for those leaders and the organization.

Eleanor graduated from Otterbein University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies with an Organizational Communication minor. Her involvement on campus continues as an alumni member of the Leadership Studies Advisory Committee.

As an Extreme Leadership Institute certified facilitator, Eleanor shares the inspiration of author Steve Farber’s The Radical LEAP. The workshop invites leaders to be Extreme Leaders; cultivating love, generating energy, inspiring audacity and providing proof.

In 2011, the Ohio Diversity Council named Eleanor as one of Ohio’s Most Powerful and Influential Women. She now serves on the Board of Directors of the Council and is a frequent panelist at Council sponsored events around Ohio, speaking about diversity as an organizational strength, leveraging generational diversity for success, leading your leader, and other related topics.
