Kelli is the Chief Diversity Officer for Mount Carmel Health System. She is responsible for fostering inclusive practices in patient care, talent engagement and community outreach. Kelli has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Malone University; and a Master of Science degree from Franklin University. Kelli earned a Certificate in Diversity Management in Healthcare from the Institute for Diversity in Health Management. Kelli has served as an adjunct instructor for Aultman College of Nursing and Stark State College.
Her 25+ career includes finance, training & development, marketing, education and social services with organizations such as Beneficial Finance, U.S. Bank, Dale Carnegie Training, Community Wellness Center of Stark County and Aultman Hospital.
Kelli is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and has served on various boards and committees including Habitat for Humanity of Greater Stark & Carroll Counties, Stark County Human Resource Association, Rotary Club of Canton, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Canton City Fair Housing Commission and the Canton Joint Recreation Board.
