Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Stephanie Spencer began her career on the client side of the design industry, but her passion for championing great creativity led her to talent management. She’s now Talent Management Director at the global brand design agency LPK, a position second only to her role on the Board of Directors for Tristate Futbol Alliance—yes, she is also a soccer mom.
As a strategic partner for LPK’s management team, Stephanie aligns business needs with employee satisfaction and growth, ensuring that the agency’s resources are optimally deployed and engaged. She provides guidance to company leadership, coaching to staff and management, and counseling to anyone seeking personal or professional advice. Stephanie is also part of the Leadership and Development Team at LPK, helping to determine potential training needs and concerns.
Stephanie lives in Ross, Ohio, with her husband of 16 years, three kids and two dogs. She bartends once a week, and enjoys cooking, reading, spending time on the sidelines of the soccer field and basketball court, and just relaxing with family and friends.
