Tamaya Dennard was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of Aiken High School, she is a proud product of Cincinnati Public Schools. She currently works as the Director of Community Affairs for Cincinnati City Councilmember P.G. Sittenfeld. Tamaya also served as PG’s campaign manager in his last bid for Cincinnati City Council. Tamaya is blessed to have a job that combines her passion for people and her delight in helping others.

In addition to her job with the City of Cincinnati, Tamaya is also an adjunct professor at Chatfield College. Her current volunteer activities include teaching English as a Second Language at SuCasa, working with the Adopt A Class program, being a member of the Junior League of Cincinnati and National Coalition of 100 Black Women Cincinnati Chapter. You can tune in every Saturday at 2pm on 1230AM WDBZ to hear her on “Talk of the Town with PG Sittenfeld” and Mondays at 5:00pm to 1490AM WERE in Cleveland for “Talk of Ohio” where she serves as both the shows’ co-host and producer. Tamaya is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she studied International Business. She loves sports, music and spending time with family and friends.
