Lisa Martinez

Lisa Martinez is a Columbus, Ohio native, and she received her nursing diploma from Grant Hospital School of Nursing and attended Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. She then received her business degree in nursing management from the College of Mount Saint Joseph graduating Magna Cum Laude, and in 1991, earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati. Currently she is the Director of Legal Services within the General Counsel’s office of Premier Health and supports legal services for Atrium Medial Center. She has received the Recognition Award from the Ohio Society for Healthcare Risk Management, and also received the Women’s Recognition Award from Speaking of Women’s Health for her health advocacy work. In 2013, she was nominated as one of the Enquirer Women of the Year.

She has also served as a reviewer for the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses journal Nursing for Women’s Health.
