Jessie Fleetwood

Jessie began her career at Great American Insurance Group in 2005 as an Employee Relations Specialist. Since that time, Jessie served as Senior Corporate Counsel in the Property and Casualty Legal Department and then Divisional Assistant Vice President overseeing the Recruiting and HR Business Partners functions in the HR Department. Jessie was recently promoted to Divisional Vice President and now oversees expanded areas within HR including Employee Relations and Learning and Development.
Jessie is a graduate of Providence College with a BA in English. She earned her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her MA in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. Jessie also holds her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Jessie is married to LJ Fleetwood and has three sons, Evan (8), Eric (6) and Eli (3). The family loves to play sports and Jessie and LJ volunteer their time helping coach at their local YMCA.
