Aimee is the Operating Partner of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar located at The Greene in Beavercreek, Ohio. With 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she knows what it takes to build a successful business. Since opening the restaurant in 2007, she has been named “Partner of the Year” 3 times and has been recognized as a member of Fleming’s “President’s Club” twice. She sits on the board of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association and is a leader working with her company to foster diversity and inclusion in the industry.

As a Dayton native, Aimee is passionate about fundraising to help local organizations and charities make a difference in Miami Valley. She loves to use her expertise of food and wine to plan charity events that local organizations can auction to raise funds and help their cause. Those organizations include Children’s Medical Center, Culture Works, The Ronald McDonald House, The March of Dimes, The Dayton Art Institute, The Boonshoft Museum, and Daybreak. As the Leukemia Lymphoma Society “Woman of the Year” Runner-up in 2012, Aimee was part of a campaign that raised over $390,000 in Dayton to fight blood cancers. She currently sits on the LLS Leadership Team and is a mentor to current candidates.

Aimee graduated from Beavercreek High School and studied theater at Otterbein College. She lives in Bellbrook with her husband, Kevin and their two teenage sons. Together, they enjoy golfing, fishing and traveling.
